Purpose:

  • This adhesive is especially for bonding level core conveyor belt joints and repairing at room temperature . It can be widelv imetallurgy , steel , mining , power plant , coke plant , cement factories erts docks , coal mines etc.

  • The adhesive has high bonding strength , flame retardant . mobile nd wl )hearing , quick drying , moderate viscous period , stable performance tsivoperating fine heat-resistance and resistance to acid , lkali salt watet . l ttaging , a long period of storage and other features.
Direction:
  • Mixed：Mixed adhesives and curing agent according to weight ratio of 10：1 evenly.
  • Smear: Apply the mixture evenly onto the dry and clean surfaces for two to three times.
  • Drying: Smear adhesive once more when the coating dosent adhere yourhands but is still sticky If the temperature is too low , heating by infrared lightor an iodine-tungsten lamp.
  • Bond :After being spliced , hammer it from the center to the round sides evenly and density.
Notes:
  • The adhesive is high intense , but has good thixotropy and easilsmearing Clip the brush is good for smearing evenly .
  • Containing organic solvents , the adhesive is low toxicity , pay attention to tsafety in storing , transporting and using.
  • Use the supporting curing agent , the mixture should be used up within two hours , not take long holding period.
